T-Mobile has just announced it will offer all eligible Simple Choice customers the 4G LTE CellSpot. The mini-tower is placed in the home and offers up to 3,000 square feet of 4G LTE coverage, and it is available for any T-Mobile Simple Choice customer with a refundable $25 deposit and a non-return fee.

Problem being, from what I've read, is that anyone within range can use it. It cannot be password protected so your neighbor could be using up your data. Is this true?
