If I use Siri from the lock screen a few times in a row, the iPhone will not recognize my fingerprint until I enter my password again. It is very annoying, but I could almost see this as a feature. Has anyone else had this happen?

I haven't had that exact experience but usually if it doesn't work I just cut the screen off and then try it again

what does a few times account for? I would like to experiment and test it out but after 7 times of using Siri it still accepted my fingerprint.

Yeah. How many times do you use Siri and try using Touch ID. It could be a software glitch that can be fixed by a restore, if it's not happening to anyone else.

It happens anytime I use Siri several times in a row while the phone is locked.

It may have something to do with the fingerprint reverting to a password after three failed tries.

Good point. Maybe me quickly using siri to send texts reads as a bad Touch ID scan.
