SIM Card Adapter stuck in iPhone 3GS!

I Really need help! I put a sim card adapter in my 3GS and it got stuck on the pins! How do I get it out!!! ANSWER QUICK!

I assume you take it off opposite the way you put it on.........Seriously, you might want to get the manual that came with the sim card adapter, if available.

Nevermind, the adapter is some china town knockoff. I managed to get it out by cutting an index card into the width of the slot and pulling it out
