Problems with texting from iPad

I am unable to text for my iPad. I have had problems since the iOS7 update. Any solutions?

If you're referring to iMessages, sign out of iMessages and then sign back in. If you're referring to SMS messages, I don't think you can send SMS messages from an iPad.
