panorama mode iphone 5 or IOS 6?

as the title says, im curious if this is an iPhone 5 thing or an IOS 6 thing. Will the 4s get that feature or not? Thanks

I read on another blog, not sure which one right now but I will look for it, that Apple confirmed the 4s and the 5 have the exact same camera just a little thinner. So unless there is another "hardware" limitation like siri had the feature set should be exactly the same.
