Official updates versus betas

Does anyone know whether the iOS public beta s, say, 11.1, are assumed to have the bug fixes that the iOS official releases, say, 11.01, have? Same question for a WatchOS developer beta 4.1 compared to the official bug fix 4.01. Or are they on different tracks?

They are on different tracks.
But any bug fix will be implemented regardless of official versus beta.
If the bug fixed official version came out after the beta, that beta will not have the bug fix, the next one will.

I hope this clears it up for you.

watchOS 4.0.1 came out after beta 4.1. The fixes in 4.0.1 are not yet included in beta 4.1. The next beta for 4.1 will most like have the bug fix though.
