After more than 15 years covering everything Apple, it’s with a heavy heart we announce that we will no longer be publishing new content on iMore and the iMore forums will be closing as of November 1st, 2024.
Yup, still get the error. Sigh....going to have to restore and then update smh. They couldn't have fixed this...?
There are reports of bricked devices and having to recover via iTunes to finish install......

Right now I have iOS 10 running from the public beta testing (using apples profile). How do I get the public release? I'd rather have the public release and get rid of the bug reporting app. If I erase the beta profile added to my phone will anything negative happen? Or will that allow me to download and install the version released today?

Did you install the GM beta releases last week? If yes - you do NOTHING. You have what's releasing today already... build numbers are the same.Right now I have iOS 10 running from the public beta testing (using apples profile). How do I get the public release? Removing the beta profile will also remove the error reporting app?
Something I did notice, is the official public release of iOS 10 does show as 10.0.1 as well, thats not just the GM update.
Are people not letting it finish installing. What are people seeing??? Take a picture of device with an iPad or something and post up....
