Nothing to Undo

Does anyone iPhone pop up Nothing to Undo or something like that every once and a while? Mine does and I want to know what I am doing wrong?

You are shaking your phone while you are in a text field after you copied or pasted something...

So say you pasted text in a email - shake your phone and you will be prompted with "undo paste".

I get prompted to undo typing as well on occasion. I also accidentally shake to shuffle sometimes. Shaking is an easy accident

I've had issues where some apps you shake to refresh or switch screens and then that thing pops up, I wonder if Apple provides a way for developers to turn that off in certain parts of their app if they want to.
