No Sounds

I am unable to hear any type of sounds, even though my settings appear to be correct. Is there some sort of overall mute or anything else that may be causing this?

You might have a messed up sound card maybe try a restore from itunes if not run it into the apple store.

Did you try a reset? Also, what firmware are you on?

Could also be the phone thinking headphones are plugged in. Does speakerphone work?

Is a red dot showing on side of phone? If so hit the switch

I had this happen on my 3g last night. My daughter has it on her 2g all the time. A reset cured it.
