Nintendo is Facing Yet Another Joy-Con Class-action Lawsuit in Canada

Lambert Avocat Inc., a Quebec-based law firm, is calling on Nintendo Switch players to join in a class-action suit against Nintendo because of a manufacturing defect in their Joy-Con and Pro Controllers. This marks yet another cry for Nintendo to take responsibility for their design error, as several class-action lawsuits have been filed in recent years.
