My screen has gone black and white!!!

I've tried rebooting as well as holding down on the on/off button and home button. Nothing worked! HELP!

you might need to bring it back to factory settings sorry to hear that i would sync all my info on iTunes before trying anything

You don't need to restore factory settings - go to settings - general - accessability - then.
switch on....show controller - press on the controller - select 'choose filter' then select 'none' - you have inadvertently selected black and white
