My new iphone 6s has been charging for 24 hours and is only at 68%

The wall plug is one I use for all other devises and they charge quickly.

Welcome to iMore! I suggest contacting Apple Support or taking your iPhone into an Apple Store. There is a recall on some iPhone 6s devices due to battery issues. My wife's was just replaced because it stopped holding a charge.

You can check to see if your device is impacted by the known battery issue here. Either way I'd take it in and have it looked at.
