My iPhone 6 won't ring

Ever since I downloaded the new 9.21 my phone has stopped ringing it doesn't matter what tone I have it will vibrate because I have vibrate on with ring but there is no ring what else can I do I push the volume up I pushed it down I've technically rebooted what can I do

Welcome to iMore! Did you check the ringer switch above the volume controls on the side of the phone?

Same issue here, the volume is to the max and it's not connected to the ringer switch. With me it doesn't even vibrate. It only rings if it's unlocked. Now I restored the phone via iTunes and backup I created today. It took a bit of time but everything works great again.

1. Try Reset Network Settings
Reset Network Settings Settings>General>Reset>Tap Reset Network Settings. You may need to enter your wifi passcode back in afterwards.

2. Try Reset All Settings
Reset All Settings
Go to Settings >General >Reset >Reset All Settings. This resets to default everything in Settings, including notifications, alerts, brightness, and clock settings like wake up alarms.

3. Restore the phone. Try with back up first. That don't work, restore as new.

Just had the same issue as only got my phone a couple of days ago. There is a small switch just above the volume controls on the left side of my iPhone 6s I had accidentally switched back. This stopped the phone ringing and no sound when text come in. Thanks for the hints and tips.
