looking for specific functions in Twitter app

I am looking for a Twitter app that has the following functions:

1- In App Push Notifications
2- Quote RT
3- Twitlonger
4. Local Tweets
5. Read It Later support
6. FREE - if possible
7. Feed count on the tab

Any suggestions would be great. I have Osfoora and absolutely love it, but I would like in app notifications. I tried Tweetings, but it has givenme nothing but headaches.

Since Boxcar, few devs have bothered even considered adding push to their Twitter apps.
