Looking for a Shopping List app...

I am looking for a shopping list app with the following features:

-Ability to Sync with other iDevices over the web (i.e. my wife and I can see the same list)
-Ability to have simultaneous lists (i.e. a grocery list, a walmart list, a home depot list, etc)

I have little to no use for price tracker features, barcode scanners, etc. Just basic list functions with an ability to add and check off on multiple devices.

I searched the App Store and found quite a few with varied reviews. Does the group have any they recommend?

Search for Organizer:ToDo+Cal+GroceryLists+Alerts. I think Organizer will do it there. My wife and I share a calander and the grocery list, and it works great. The icon looks like a 4 square game. Hope that helps you out!!

We use Grocery Gadget for the syncing and ability to manage on the web.

We use GroceryIQ and love it. It has syncing and push so when my wife makes a change it updates on my phone. Has a nice web interface and lots of products.
