Just downloaded the Tapatalk app....how to post picture in reply to a message??

Received my new iPhone 6s Plus yesterday and I love it. But I want to be able to post pictures here straight from the phone. How do I do that?? Thank you.

When responding, first use the (+) button here:

Then choose one of the 3 icons: camera, tapatalk hosted, or website hosted.

I like the website hosted option with the paper clip but it's been having issues lately not showing images. Tapatalk hosted puts the images on the tapatalk servers vs on iMore's.
