Jailbreak my iPhone 6plus

I want to jailbreak my iPhone 6 plus.
i can't find for 10.2.1 a stable jailbreak. Is it possible to downgrade? or it is better to update to 10.3? or should i wait for untethered jailbreak?
Is it so that certificate will expire every 7 days, why?
