why is it after my device ios 7.1.1
jailbreak i cannot see cydia icon ican see only pangu icon?

Sounds to me the jailbreak didn't work. Did you make sure the process was completed and you didn't get an error or anything like that? I know it took me about 3 tries to get my jailbreak to work.

Just launch the pangu app then follow the instructions.
