Is Wi-Fi calling w/Verizon still unsupported with the latest iOS 9 update?

Read someplace awhile back Verizon was planning on sending out an update to enable the wifi calling for iPhones 6. Article said January and since January's about done I'd say something came up that is delaying things. I did get the wifi calling update for my Galaxy S6 and it really helped battery life quite a lot. So hoping for some more of the same for my 6+.
