Is there a way to view a day's worth of Heartbeat Data?

I read that the apple watch takes your heart beat every 10 minutes, where do I see that data?

From the main screen, swipe up, there you will see glances. Swipe left or right, until you see your heartbeat. It will give you the last time it took it, and then do a current one.

Ah so there isn't actually a way to see how your heartbeat has changed throughout an entire day? Thats a shame
