Is it just me or has there been a significant Drought of Apple iPhone news/updates and interesting Apps over the last month or so?

I need OS Updates and more good Apps ASAP....I'm dying.

While most are crap, there are new apps added everyday to the App Store. I use the RSS feeds from Appshopper to keep up to date.

I use AppVee to see what new apps are out. There is also 148 apps (I think that's it?)

As most have said.....the multitude of newly release apps are CRAP.

I want quality apps like Slingbox or TomTom.....and I would be willing to pay more then $.99 for them...;-)
