Not sure if I’m posing in the right place, but I have an iPhone 7 Plus that crashed during an update to the latest 14.3 firmware.
The screen remains off until plugged into the mains, then the apple logo appears, then disappears intermittently.
I put the device into DFU mode, at which point it is detected by iTunes and prompts me to restore/recover. iTunes goes through the usual download and update process then the screen briefly shows the apple logo with the spinning/loading wheel below before disappearing. The screen then remains black and iTunes show ‘waiting for iPhone’ for a long time before displaying error message 4005.
I’ve tried different cables in different USB ports but nothing works.
Any help is greatly appreciated!!
Thanks I’m advance.
