Iphone 6 & Ipad Air use without PC?

Can one use both an Iphone 6 and Ipad Air without a PC? Can I backup and update all without using Itunes on a PC?

Yes, you can use iCloud to backup and restore the iOS devices. You probably can live without PC if you have enough space on both of your devices.

Also, you can get additional storage on iCloud if you plan to take a lot of pictures and have a lot of documents that you want to store remotely.
