iphone 5 picking up call issues

Hi,

The last few weeks (I think) i am having issues picking up a call.
My phone rings, I pick up, I hear the other party, they don't hear me.

I call back and all works fine.

So far this is what I have done.

1) Power down power back up. - No luck.
2) Called apple. They told me to do a down load with no issues noticed.
3) They made me do a full restore and I did not put my back up back.

Still the same issue.

Anyone an idea. All help is welcome!!!

If you restored as new and still had the problem, you need to make an appointment with your nearest Genius bar and take it in for an exchange.

In app store there are several apps for alert you to your lost calls.

I don't believe that is the OPs issue and Alli is right. Use her advice and you will be that much more ahead of the game.

Yeah if most any issue like that continues after you do a restore, and don't restore from a backup afterwards, Apple will replace the phone for you without any fees as long as it is still under warranty.
