iphone 4s unlock

I jailbreaked my iphone 4s yesterday and my password to unlock my phone is not working...does anybody know how to fix it or having similar issues

In the instructions it did say to disable your password before running evasi0n. Unfortunately it doesn't sound like you did that, you could also put your iPhone in DFU mode and restore to stock and then attempt the jailbreak again after you read the instructions carefully.
