Hey all, figured I’d share my experience. For the last several months I’ve been dealing with the “This Accessory Not Supported” messaged. As of lately, it’s progressively moved into my keyboard not working at all at times.
So I finally decided to address the issue and I called Apple. I was informed there was a quality program for this exact issue and because of this they extended the warranty past the typical 1 year and it’s now 3 years.
So I just left the Apple Store where I made an appointment and they swapped it out no questions asked.
Wanted to spread the word in case anyone out there is dealing with a similar issue and wasn’t aware of this quality program.
I’ve got the iPad Pro 12.9. I’m not sure if the issue is consistent across all Smart Keyboard configurations.
