iOS 6 and a big sync problem?

iTunes syncing, but the video files on my iPad 3 generation doesnt actualy are there, they are just empty files. Is it a bug in the iOS 6?

I do not have that problem. Try just downloading it for iTunes from the iPad, you can re download it as many times as you want once you purchase it.
