I didn’t see this posted but Dev iOS 18.1 is out with Apple Intelligence.

Quick install. If want to enable Apple Intelligence, join the waitlist, you will see that it is downloading information in the background. When it is ready, a splash screen will welcome you to Apple Intelligence. Please note Siri 2.0 is not in this release.
