I think I found a temporary fix for system sounds issue. Works for me.

Settings-sounds-toggle change with buttons to off.

Downside is you can’t adjust notifications volume only media volume.

My system sounds such as keyboard clicks and screen lock are normal now.

I always have “change with buttons” off and the sounds are still too loud off and on. Sometimes they are completely muted until I lock/unlock the phone. Sometimes it takes a reboot to get back to normal and within no time the bug reappears.

I always have everything muted so can’t really speak on this lol

I factory reset my phone and set it up as new. Played around for a bit and could not replicate the stupid loud system sounds. Restored my backup and still (knock on wood) no stupid loud system sounds. I'll report back if they return.
