Any method to download images from the Internet to my camera roll?

In Safari, tap/hold the photo and a menu will pop up - "save image" is an option...

If that does not work for some reason... you can do a screen shot by tapping the home & power buttons at the same time - and whatever is on your screen will show up in the camera roll.
