I keep going offline with my music subscriptions using my iPhone 11 Pro Max?????

So when I leave my house everything is fine and the phone automatically syncs up with the car and plays music from Amazon or Spotify with no problem and then without warning the music stops and I can't play anything as all of my playlist goes grey. I can't figure out what is happening. It never happened with my Android devices and I am a new Apple user and this is very annoying. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just wanted to take this chance to welcome you to iMore. I assume you are referring to CarPlay? Either way, I don't have any experience with this, and hopefully, someone who does will come along very soon and be able to offer you some help.

Make sure cellular data is enabled for Amazon and Spotify.
