I can't listen to my voicemail

[iMore Question]

I've been having the issue for a few months on and off and now I can't listen to any of my voicemails. I press play on my 6S and it looks like it will play and then stops. Any suggestions?

Yes. It's a 12 second voicemail. I also had one for 29 seconds yesterday. Same thing.
