I accidentally voice recorded iMessage to someone and it sent period is there a way to retrieve it?

I accidentally held down the recording button and it left a voice message for someone that I had been texting with. It sent it by default and I want to know if I can retrieve it

Voice memos thru iMessage are set to expire 2 minutes after the recipient reads it I believe
