This was years ago, but I’ve gotten refunds on a couple of apps my son installed from the App Store. One app (game) began charging my account for something it clearly stated was free. The proof was still visible in the app. Apple quickly refunded my money and kicked the app out of the store. I don’t recall the reason for the other refund, however, I do recall Apple being very eager to assist.
