How is t-Mobile? (Las Vegas area)

I'm impressed with the rates T-Mobile is offering along with their international calling/texting package. My concern is how reliable is T-Mobile's coverage in the Las Vegas area? I absolutely need reliable service as I need to be connected for work.

Everyone in my circle of friends, family, and co-workers are either Verizon or AT&T subscribers. Any information on T-Mobile coverage in Las Vegas would be greatly appreciated.

I think the majority of carriers work flawlessly in Las Vegas. That's just what I've seen in terms of coverage maps.
