How do you set up a new virtual PC of Windows 10 through Parallels?

Hello~
You go through a step by step process of setting up a virtual PC through virtual box but not through parallels or VM. I have parallels. I have the disk image on my desktop but having trouble getting it to install properly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
