How can I sync two games between an iPhone & iPad without using GameCenter?

I just bought grand theft auto vice city for my iPad and iPhone how do I use the games seamlessly between both devices

If the game has a sync to iCloud or other cloud service option, then enable it. If not, you will probably have to backup with one device and then restore the backup to the other, but that'll be a PITA, in my opinion....
