How can I modify location services? It's greyed out.

I can't modify my Location settings. They are on (can't turn off), but most of the apps are grayed out (either on or off), and for new apps I can't turn on. IOS7.1 Can anyone help. Thanks.

I agree. It seems as if restrictions were set on your device. Ask your parents for assistance, if applicable...

Most likely its restrictions, but sometimes it can be a glitch with the OS. Wifi was greyed out on my iPhone for no apparent reason and a restore fixed it. Good luck!

If location services are restricted, you might want to be truthful about your whereabouts. Just saying!
