How can I make multiple accounts in the Game Center?

I have 2 kids. My email is what both of their iPads and iPods are set up under. They both need a game center account. For example. my oldest sons game center account shows up on my youngest sons iPod. but he would like to have his own account. can their be more than one account under one email?? Thanks so much.

You need to make Apple ID for each child but keep your Apple ID email for the iTunes Store. .. Or you can look into family sharing but that still would require them having a Apple ID each

As stated above, the easiest thing is to give them a different iCloud, iMessage and Facetime ID's. But they can share your iTunes ID so you can share the iTunes purchases.
