How can I get Sketch in notes working?

Sketch in notes not working

The day I updated to IOS 9 Sketch and the various tools worked fine The next day to present when I touch the squiggly the sketch box comes up but no tools. The gear keeps turning at the top. Same thing on my Ipad air 2. My folders are set for all iCloud. How do I get it to work? I thought it was neat.

I have the exact same issue on an iPhone 6plus.

I'm having the same problem with my iPad Air 2. My iPhone 6 is working fine.
