Recaptcha does not connect in safari

I have an iPad mini. I need to access a software management site, but it doesn't connect to recaptcha when the box is ticked

Are you using an ad blocker? If so, try toggling it off. Be sure cookies are enabled.
If it still doesn't work, try a different browser, like Puffin or Chrome.
