You don't. Sprint devices are pretty much locked to Sprint, and only Sprint.

Buy a device for the carrier that you want to use.

Verizon will only activate phones that are theirs. Same as with sprint. If you get a factory unlocked phone you should be able to use on AT&T or T-Mobile.

Nothing. A sprint device can't be "flashed' to work on another North American carrier... it can only be unlocked (by Sprint or maybe a 3rd party service) for use on GSM Networks outside the USA.
