How can I fix the problems I'm having w/my Galaxy Tab 311?

I am a samsung galaxy tab 311 user, go launcher application got locked by changing(turning on) the settings of go talk option.
now my tab got locked only its showing home screen not working. its not showing menu or settings .please help me to get out from this problem pls pls pls
