hi! how's your iOS 6 battery life?

I want my Jailbreak. So I am going to stick with iOS 5.1.1 on this device, but will gladly use iOS 6 on the iPod touch 5G!

that is definitely not normal and there are ways to correct that if you're interested

ok so I know I said a week or so back I prob wouldn't post here again....but I'm VERY pleased this time around with my battery usage. this was a 50/50 mix of wifi & 3G.

Wifi at home 4G LTE everywhere else. Bluetooth and location services on. Mostly web browsing, texting, and emailing. No music and a bit of talking on the phone.

Ok, yesterday right as I was getting ready to charge up, I was pleasantly surprised to find how far my battery life had gone this time!

I'm running 6.1 beta 4 so I might be cheating. I get 12 hours on each charge with about 2 hours of LTE browsing, social networks, email and uploading pictures. I used to get a day and a half running purely Wifi when I never had a data plan and my Data was permanently off. I might fully charge up one day switch my cellular data off and see if the battery life improves.

Pretty bad, yesterday I left my hotel room at around 1pm and had my phone on 3g all afternoon played a few games, surfed the web and checked a few e-mails. By the time we left and got to the restaurant at 8pm my phone was dead.

Mine is great. I'm getting the same life I got in my 4. That's a huge feat considering the larger screen and 4G radio. Can't complain at all. Better life than on any other smartphone I've used.
