Nightmare scenario for any manufacturer and there's a lot to unpack about just how exactly this was allowed to happen, both originally and with the replacement devices.
I had switched from the N7...which was an awesome device...to the N5. Problems began when I was told I wouldn't get the 64 gig. Hence stuck with 32 gig after waiting 2 months. Dec28th an update request on the phone. Battery starts to falter really bad. I learn Samsung S2 watch compatible with iPhone. BOOM! Switch to iOS. Have the beautiful 7Plus in rose gold. Very impressed
