HELP! Jailbroken iPhone 4 on iOS 6 stuck in Boot Loop!

Is it jailbroken with redsnow? If so it's tethered. So u will have to open redsnow, connect your iPhone and 'boot tethered'. Job sorted.

it's under the "extras" section. choose "just boot." If that doesn't work, try re-jailbreaking.

i've tried it 100 times and it wont work
it says missing keys.plist or something
what am i doing wrong
