Games via Steam??

Can any1 tell me, how games via Steam run... via macOS?
Do they run smooth, and without glitches/hickups?

• I'm planning to buy F1 Manager 2022 in Q2, and prefer to play it with mouse/keyboard on my iMac.
Otherwise I have to get it on Playstation 5.
