For some reason when I message or FaceTime people they can't hear me

so when I FaceTime nobody can hear me it's the same with my calling app and with my Glide can anyone help me please

1. Something is covering the microphone
2. The microphone is damaged/malfunctioning
3. The recipient's volume is muted or very low.
4. The recipients do not want to talk to you
5. There is no simultaneous voice communication with iMessage.
