Facetime Not Working in mac

I've tried everything from internet but none of the things are working. actually my facetime app is not opening even if i clicked it continuously. there is no other way i can download it on mac if i uninstalled it?

2. Have you ever used the FaceTime feature on it before?
3. If you have, but you’ve deleted the FaceTime app either accidental or not, download it from the Mac App Store.
