Emulator App to turn iPhone into USB drive?

Has anyone written an app that would run on the iPhone itself, allowing it to be plugged into any PC through the USB port and be seen as a simple USB drive? This would allow easy file transfer using the iPhone from one computer to another, without ever installing special software on anything other than the phone itself... I can't imagine that this would be impossible to do...

That doesn't do it over USB, only WiFi. Do you know of anything that uses USB?
